Coconut Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar, 200g
- 2/3 cup toasted flaked coconut, 32g
- 4 tablespoon butter, 30g
- Coconut cream powder, 55g
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cup flour, 220g
- 1 teaspoon baking powder, 4.5g
- Water. 100ml
- ¼ teaspoon salt, 2g
Preparation:
- In a bowl, cream sugar, butter and eggs together.
- Blend in all other ingredients.
- Divide batter evenly into 8 greased muffin cups or use paper cups
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
